The Code Differently #ReturnReady Workforce Training Initiative was created to help Delaware residents reinvent their skills to morph with the changing workforce market. If you are unemployed or underemployed, #ReturnReady could be the program you are looking for!

No Prior Experience Necessary!

Program Information

Software Developer I

  • Phase 1: Pre-work (June 1st – June 30th)– Virtual Introduction to Coding Basics – Approximately 5-6 hours per week
  • Phase 2: Training (July 5th – November 12th) – Immersive Workforce Development – Full-time; Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm
  • Hybrid Virtual & In-Person
  • Online tutorials, instructor-led sessions, hands-on lab & project work, professional development, and more!
  • On the job training


  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Must be a Delaware resident
  • Must be able to permanently work in the United States without requiring sponsorship at any time
  • Must be currently unemployed or underemployed (see FAQ)
  • Must be impacted by COVID-19 (see FAQ)
