A talent pipeline builder focusing on the thousands of Black and Lanx technology aligned students that have not secured an internship or a full-time employment opportunity.
Designed by industry professionals; Each lesson teaches professional development for college students while building confidence and the skills needed to ease the transition from university to the ever-changing technology workforce. Code Differently not only focuses on how to apply technology competencies in the workplace, but there is an emphasis on helping college students gain the soft skills required in any professional team-based environment. We require the students to commit to up to 100 hours per week for instruction, projects and professional development lectures in an effort to prepare them for the millions of computing job openings expected to be available in the U.S. in the future.
