Prioritize incoming tickets, communicate clearly with users, and document your work — the customer-facing skills employers screen for first.
Hands-on with the Windows Registry, Event Viewer, and PowerShell — using CompTIA's platform to configure, image, and troubleshoot systems in simulated environments, the way you'll do it on the job.
One ticket queue, every platform — desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and the Microsoft 365 stack your users depend on daily.
Core networking concepts, security best practices, and the judgment to know exactly when — and how — to escalate an issue.
Customer service isn't a single week of training — it's embedded in every ticket, every day, from week one straight through the externship.
Real tickets, real users, real problems, before you ever sit down for an interview.
Job placement support is included. Code Differently does not guarantee certification or employment.
