The Program

A progressive pathway, not a one-time program.

Technology Healthcare Financial Services Agriculture Government Education Entrepreneurship Business & Professional Services
Students explore technology careers and build the foundational technical and professional skills to succeed — digital literacy, AI fundamentals, coding, robotics, productivity tools, career exploration, professional communication, teamwork, financial literacy, employer Tech Talks, and workplace tours. No advanced technology experience is required.
Students move from learning about technology to applying it — technology projects, workplace simulations, employer-sponsored challenges, job-shadowing, industry credential prep, and team-based problem solving. Students also strengthen resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview skills, and professional portfolios.
Dedicated time to accelerate technical development through intensive instruction and immersive project work — AI, coding, robotics, data, digital tools, technology in agriculture, employer-led challenges, industry certifications, portfolio development, internships, and college or apprenticeship prep. Each summer builds on the last.
Students explore college programs, certifications, apprenticeships, internships, and career opportunities, with support on resumes, interviews, professional networking, career planning, and the transition into postsecondary education or employment.
Instructors, career coaches, mentors, employers, and community partners help students set goals, address challenges, strengthen workplace habits, and prepare for new opportunities — academic guidance, career coaching, mentoring, financial literacy, and continued follow-up throughout the program.
Students who complete the foundational and experiential phases may progress into supervised work-experience opportunities — paid work experiences, internships, employer-based projects, apprenticeship-connected activities, and community or business projects. Requires availability during the school year, including possible after-school, evening, weekend, or approved school-day hours. Advancement depends on attendance, performance, eligibility, and professional readiness. Work-experience placement is not guaranteed.

Eligible students may receive wages or incentives for approved work experiences. Payments depend on funding requirements, participation, attendance, and the type of opportunity.
